French Estate Agents at the Second Home Exhibition in Utrecht, The Netherlands

Earlier this week our team returned from a trip to Utrecht in the Netherlands where they were on hand to help property hunters at the Second Home Exhibition. Beaux Villages already has a large community of clients and team members from the Benelux countries, so it was a great opportunity for some of our Dutch speakers to get to talk with more buyers face to face in the Netherlands before they visit France to view properties. The Second Home Exhibition is one of the most established international property shows in the region and, although it was our first in the Netherlands, we regularly attend property shows in the UK. BVI was represented by Mel Dixon and Iona Welvaert from our Tournon team, and Marianne Hazejager from our Aubeterre team.

Our part of France is a perennial favourite with Benelux property buyers who appreciate the affordable properties, slower pace of life and better climate. For those looking for a second home, this region of France is easily accessible by car or by train from the Netherlands and Belgium. Our team looks forward to welcoming many of the property hunters for viewing properties in France over the coming weeks.

If you’re looking for your dream property in France, our team would be delighted to help. You meet us at one of our offices or give us a call.
