DEFINITIONS 

Personal data : refers to all the personal information relating to the user as an individual provided by him/her at the time of the contact request. 

Parties : jointly designates BEAUX VILLAGES IMMOBILIER and the user.

Site : designates the infrastructures developed by BEAUX VILLAGES IMMOBILIER according to the IT formats used on the Internet including data of different natures, and in particular texts, sounds, still or animated images, videos, databases, intended to be consulted by the Client for information.

User : refers to any natural person of legal age or legal entity browsing the Site.
