As first time foreign property purchasers we were naturally quite apprehensive about the process of buying a home in France, particularly when we didn't speak much French ourselves. Cathy Bishop was my agent within BVI. From the initial viewings and throughout she had exceptional qualities that make her an excellent agent. I was allowed 45 mins per visit compared to other agencies that rushed me through my viewings. Cathy is very professional. Ginny was the ultimate professional in bringing about the sale of my property in Lavergne and I can’t thank her enough for all the help and support she provided. In my limited experience, buying or selling property in France is never straight forward. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Chris helped guide us through an extremely stressful time whilst we were selling our parents property in France from the UK, after my stepfather passed away. The sale was ongoing for a year due to all of the paperwork for probate and translations etc. Chris made contact to find out out present position on a regular basis. We had been house hunting for about 12 months, being resident in france and having sold our gite complex. The market was much more in favour of vendors compared to previous years.
