We have recently (September) completed on a maison de vacances in Haute-Vienne using Beaux Villages and I wanted to reach out with regards to our excellent immobilier Geraldine Van Rijs.
From the first contact we made with BVI & Geraldine we were taken aback by the high level of service we received. We are based in the UK which made things more difficult. Plus delays in getting going with our purchase due to covid was demotivating. Geraldine was so professional, friendly and helpful with every interaction. She went above and beyond every step of the way. We never felt like we couldn't ask questions, always felt we fully understood the property we had enquired about, and never felt pressured. We felt a genuine warmth and sense that Geraldine too wanted us to find the right property.
We are so delighted with our property and the level of service we received. We may have given up hope if we hadn't found Geraldine. We cannot thank Geraldine enough for her continued support with every element of not only purchasing our property but also setting up bills etc and understanding French systems.
