We are hiring a trainer !

Beaux Villages Immobilier is a highly regarded, multi-award winning estate agency based in south-west France. We are now hiring an additional Trainer to help design and deliver top quality skills training to our growing team of sales professionals

The Job
● Collaborate with the Training Manager and colleagues to determine training needs and to schedule training sessions
● Designing effective training sessions to meet the evolving needs of the business Prepare educational/training material such as modules, videos etc.
● Deliver training sessions, online and in person, to groups or individuals
● Conduct feedback evaluations to identify and implement areas of improvement to meet specified quality standards and processes and manage the supporting administrative tasks
● Provide ongoing training and support to new and existing employees and agents

Key Skills and Abilities:
● Bilingual (profi ciency in French and English)
● Proven training skills
● Proficient in the use of G-suite (Google documents, sheets and forms)
● The ability to work efficiently and to tight schedules
● Confident verbal and written communication skills
● Strong time management and organisational ability

You Have:
● Background experience gained within a real estate environment
● Experience in training others would be a distinct advantage
● Excellent administrative skills and IT competence
● A proactive and collaborative nature and a friendly and professional manner
● A desire to contribute ideas to help develop a first class training strategy
● The ability to work autonomously, whether working remotely or within a team environment
● A valid driver's licence and means of transport
● A good humoured and sociable personality - that's a big bonus!

You will ideally be located within an hour’s commute of Verteillac (24) or Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (16) and be happy to undertake occasional travel to work from any of the agencies within Beaux Villages Immobilier This is a great time to join Beaux Villages Immobilier; we are growing fast and providing some fabulous progressional opportunities for our team members.
