Beaux Villages Immobilier is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for an additional recruiter to continue the development of our sales team across south-west France.

The Job
- Working closely with hiring managers and colleagues to determine and agree hiring needs
- Writing job advertisements to attract suitably qualified candidates for sales and support roles throughout the business
- Managing advertising response effectively and within appropriate timescales
- Conducting screening interviews with candidates, by phone, in person or by video link
- Organising 2nd interviews with hiring managers and providing relevant documentation to support the recommendation
- Gathering and recording interview feedback and advising candidates of outcome
- Utilising company database and G-suite applications to record and process candidates through the recruitment journey
- Raising and despatching contracts and acquiring all appropriate documentation to ensure compliance of new starters
- Following progress of new starters through training and during early months, providing support where required
- Representing and promoting the recruitment team through professional verbal and written communication with colleagues, candidates and external contacts
- Conducting research to keep abreast of industry updates and developments within the recruitment market
Key Skills/Qualities Required
- Superb communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond appropriately at all times
- Genuine interest in others, demonstrating an ability to engage well, open up conversations and draw relevant information from communication shared
- Bilingual - with a good command of both French and English
- Competence in the use of IT with accurate keyboard skills
- Confident user of social media and online platforms
- Proven decision-making skills and proficient administration skills
- Proactive, assertive and organised with effective time-management skills
- Calm, friendly and approachable manner; able to engender trust in others
Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience of interviewing others to extract and share relevant information; this may have been gained in a recruitment, research or journalistic capacity
- A balanced mix of working remotely as well as within or as part of a team function
- At least 4 years of work experience in a business environment
- Experience of adapting well to a changing work environment with moving targets
- Experience in the real estate sector or within a sales environment would be a big plus
