We’re hiring! Superb communication skills and fast, accurate keyboard skills are required for a new opening…

The Job:

  • Responding to client enquiries by telephone and email in a very high volume and fast-paced environment
  • Fielding enquiries to relevant team members and handling associated responses
  • Updating in-house systems with client data, working on correlating computer applications and using multiple screens

 

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, You:

  • Must be be proficient in spoken and written French and English (ESSENTIAL)
  • Can work well under pressure and within tight timescales
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and a high level of IT competency
  • Have proficient keyboard skills and proven multitasking ability
  • Appreciate the need for accuracy and confidentiality
  • Have a great team-working ethic and a fabulous sense of humour
  • Are available to start working in December 2022
