We're hiring a Sales Enquiries Assistant in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne

Our busy sales enquiries department has an opening for a new team member to work within the French enquiries team.  This is a very fast paced role, requiring a friendly manner, lots of patience, keyboard accuracy and a great team-working ethic.

The Job

• Responding to client enquiries by telephone and email in a very high volume and fast-paced environment
• Fielding enquiries to relevant team members and handling associated responses
• Updating in-house systems with client data, working on correlating computer applications and using multiple screens 
• Working 35 hours p/w (9.30 to 5.30) Monday to Friday

You

• Must be able to speak fluent FRENCH as well as speak a good level of ENGLISH 
• Can work well under pressure and within tight timescales
• Have an excellent telephone manner and a high level of IT competency 
• Have proficient keyboard skills and proven multitasking ability
• Appreciate the need for accuracy and confidentiality
• Have a great team-working ethic and a fabulous sense of humour
