BVI has a new opening for a customer focussed administrator to provide commercial support to our growing sales team in Nerac. Overseeing the smooth running of the office, you will be working with clients who visit the shop, as well as providing daily sales assistance, updating and maintaining property files, liaising with BVI teams around the business and handling telephone and inbox traffic.

Your profile:

Ideally, you will already have experience in real estate transaction (negotiator, sales agent or office support) or significant experience in similar administrative roles

Essential skills:

● Bilingual French & English (read, written and spoken)
● Computer literate with accurate typing skills
● An eye for detail with excellent organisational skills
● An ability to adapt to a changing workload
● A strong team ethic, a sense of responsibility and a great sense of humour! Interested?
