Beaux Villages Immobilier is a highly regarded, multi-award winning estate agency based in south-west France. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for real estate industry professionals to join our leadership team in a number of key locations.
Our Area Coordinators play a crucial role within our business and are critical to the continued success of BVI. It’s a really challenging and hugely responsible job, but the personal rewards and financial returns are exceptional.
We’re looking for individuals (or couples), who will use their skills and experience, gained within the real estate sector, to build and grow a successful team of sales agents in their area. And, if you’re ambitious to do more, the opportunity for personal development, including building additional teams in other locations, is yours for the taking.
From the start, you will be provided with continual guidance and support from a talented and highly experienced management and central services team, whilst enjoying the autonomy of growing a flourishing property sales business under the BVI brand.
Fundamental skills for this role include:
The ability to communicate in French to a very high standard (a second language is highly desirable)
At least 3-4 years’ experience and success gained within real estate/property sales sector
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
A demonstrable ability to develop and win new business
Proven ability to effectively relate to clients from a wide variety of backgrounds
An ability and desire to coach and support others and sustain a team ethos
A belief in leading by example
