Administrative and Commercial Assistant - Eymet (24)
Part time position - remuneration according to experience and ability.
We have a new position available for a bilingual Administrative and Sales Assistant.
Your role will be to support our growing local sales team on a daily basis.
You will also be responsible for running the office in Eymet (24); providing a warm welcome to our clients and efficiently responding to their enquiries.
Required skills:
Bilingual French/English (read, written, spoken)
Computer skills (G-Suite, documents, tables and forms)
Efficient, well organized and with a flexible approach
Able to work in a team as well as autonomously
Valid driving licence
Your day-to-day activities:
Providing assistance to clients, both by telephone and in person
Manage the administrative functions of the office
Assist in the collation of documents for property mandates and following up where appropriate
Updating window displays, ensuring compliance with regulations
Prospecting - following up on sales leads in support of the team
Training will be provided to ensure competence in all procedures and processes and our ongoing training and support is second to none.
Position to be filled from mid-September
