Lynn Longley, managing director and founder of Beaux Villages Immobilier grew up and was educated across several European countries including France, Holland and Spain. She is a multi-lingual business and language graduate and has raised her son and daughter and several donkeys here in France. She holds the necessary French qualification of Carte Professionelle for our business.
Rob Longley, CEO of BVI, has a background in property, retail sales, and latterly HR and training. He’s been resident in France for 15 years.‘This is a people business first and foremost. Tim Williams is Group Finance Director for BVI and its sister companies in Spain and the UK. Tim’s background as a marketing consultant for blue-chip companies in the UK, as a business owner in France, and as a published author on the heady science of business process improvement. Tim arrived in France on holiday and bought a house on a spreadsheet.

Armelle Robuchon joined BVI from university in the UK, returning to her homeland in France as part of our marketing team. Honest property details and the strategic placement of them to catch the attention of serious and interested buyers….it’s more than a full-time job.
Caroline Oliver joined BVI in late 2011 and helped found our third office, on the banks of the Dordogne river. Since that time her intuitive people skills and unrivalled local knowledge have lead to many a testimonial from delighted buyer and seller alike.

Corinne Pernes was ‘the’ local Immobilier for more years than she likes to admit, before joining the BVI family. She’s since embraced the vagaries of our multi-cultural team and the dynamic of working as a team.
Corinne specialises in writing sale contracts for us, helping to ensure a smooth transition from agreed deal to the notaire and beyond.
David Crews has been a fixture on the local estate agency scene for some 15 years, joining us in 2009.
As our business has grown he has assumed the role of heading up our team of sales managers and senior negotiators. He’s a skilled diplomat and has agreed deals where many others have failed before him.
Fabienne Coves joined BVI in 2012 from a French competitor where she had run an agency for 10 years. Prior to that she was a bailiff!Nowadays she is responsible for all things legal-compliance within our business.All the stuff that provides a secure framework within which to transact property.
Jacqui Reddin-Williams ‘retired’ from a life on stage and screen to slow down in France and pursue a second passion showing and breeding dogs.‘Since joining BVI I’ve never worked so hard in my LIFE!’, she declares.‘But I absolutely LOVE finding the perfect home for a new arrival, and equally helping a seller move on with their life’.And she’s very good at it. After a career in the sky as cabin-crew for a world famous airline, Jenny settled in Monsegur to raise her family, where she joined BVI at its inception in 2008 and is now Contracts Manager for the whole of BVI.

Samantha Perruchaud is Customer Services Manager for BVI, based on the borders of Charente and Dordogne in the Verteillac centre. Sam, resident in France from a very early age, was educated here and, like many of our team, married into the local community.
